Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TurningPoint Marketing Inc.4250 Garrison Street, NW No. 14, Washington, D.C. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. This procurement is to analyze and conduct follow-up assessments of issues arising from the Technology Services employee survey. TurningPoint already has the existing knowledge of the survey data to complete the on-going tasks in both an efficient and effective manner. TurningPoint has extensive experience in addressing problem-solving, decision-making, conflict management and boundary management. A fixed price purchase order will be issued on or about December 11, 2006. The performance period will begin approximately December 31, 2006 for eight (8) months. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, in writing, no later than the response date. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
