- Pursuant to FAR 8.402(f), U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to obtain commercial software maintenance and support (Serena Software) from immixTechnology, Inc. using simplified acquisition procedures. Open market items (1 each) will include DIM-UNIX-LPARM-Annual Maintenance for Serena Dimensions for Unix-LPAR and DIM-SN-CW-SupportNet for Courseware. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. However, all information received by close of business on 11/24/06 will be considered by the Government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
