Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-13. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33. NAIC Code: 334120 All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The information must be posted not later than the date the solicitation is issued, and must remain posted for at least 10 days or until after quotations have been opened, whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement IAW 6.302-1 to The Mathworks for software and support. For maintenance Pro Forma.
