- Great Plains Regional Contracting office has a requirement for Surgical Supplies for Department of Surgery at Fort Sam Houston, TX. This requirement will be under Commercial Item Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
