- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: Capsule flow slot covers, one First Article and 499 production units to be used for CCLS field repairs in support of the Tomahawk program. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-07-Q-0548, which shall be released on or about 12/04/2006. Vendors must be JCP certified to receive drawings. Vendors may request drawings at any time by e-mailing the vendor's mailing address, JCP certification number, CAGE Code, and vendor's FedEx Account number to emonde@npt.nuwc.navy.mil. Drawings will be mailed via the vendors FedEx Account number when the RFQ is released. Required delivery of First Article is 30 Days ARO. Delivery of production units will be 120 Days after passing First Article Acceptance. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. This is 100% set-aside for small business.
