Description

The following questions have been received in response to this synopsis/solicitation: 1. Regarding Solicitation USDA-APFO-11-06, is there an incumbent small-business contractor supporting the APFO's EarthWhere Data Provisioning System or other systems related to the APFO Online Order Entry Software requirement? -- Yes, there is one supporting the EarthWhere Data Provisioning System. 2. If yes, is this contractor eligible to bid on the APFO Online Order Entry Software RFP? -- Maybe - It depends on whether that contractor is considered a small business under the appropriate NAICS Code. 3. Deadline for submission on Sep 15 (e.g. 4:00 PM)? -- Hard copy due: Sept. 15th, Close of business, which is 4:30 PM mountain daylight time. 4. Format for hard copy submission? There is nothing specific stated in the RFP other than "Proposal should be prepared on company letterhead, cite company's Tax ID number and DUNS, and include certification of company size and concern type (FAR 52.212-3)." Please check back regularly for answers to any further questions. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2006).
