Description: The Library of Congress requires the services of a contractor to consolidate lists of excess books including Braille books among the 150 network libraries and private institutions that will be used to redistribute or properly dispose of these books. The contractor will work with the Library and its Web-Xess database set forth in the forthcoming Statement of Work.
