Description

The Texas Army National Guard is accepting proposals for a single or multiple award firm-fixed price contract with one base year and one option years to qualified vendor(s) that qualify under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) cod e 532412, Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size standard for this award is $5 million dollar average sales over the past three year period. We intend to award this contract without discussion s. The Texas Army National Guard has requirements to rent/lease various pieces of construction equipment for projects along the United States/Mexican Border from New Mexico to the Gulf of Mexico. The TXARNG anticipates the need for rental/leased equipment for up to 24 months, but estimates that equipment will be on-site less than 4 months at any one time per location. All proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm, December 6, 2006, at the USPFO For Texas, Attn: JFTX-SP (Lambert) Building 66, 2200 West 35th Street, Camp Mabry Austin, Texas 78703.
