- The Defense Distribution Corpus Christi (DDCT) has a requirement for the rental of forklifts as stated below: This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Reference Request for Quotation 63181004. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20061109. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490 and the associated size standard is $6.5 million of revenue per year to be classified as a small business concern. Contractor shall provide 3 forklifts for rental during period of 11 Dec 2006 ? 10 Dec 2007. Forklift Requirements: 5K lb. capacity (or larger) Propane Lift Height: 100? Fork Length: 40? Solid Rubber Tires/Air Filled Tires Hydraulic Adjustable Forks All safety equipment should be present: headlights, tail lights, seat belt, and mirrors. For Indoor/Outdoor use One technical/maintenance, parts and operators manual (per forklift) Service: Contractor shall provide flat tire repair/replacement, and maintenance within 3 hours of notification M-F 0700-1500 hours.
