Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Daniel Marotto of Gilardi & Company, LLC for Expert/Consultant Services. The SEC requires the services of an Expert/Consultant in the area of distribution planning. Those services are required for the SEC to be able to conduct a meaningful fair funds distribution of money that has been paid in fees and disgorgement in an SEC matter.
