- Description
- The U. S. Government currently occupies 1,653 rentable square feet of office and related use space in the Carmicheal Center located at 4001 Carmicheal Road, Montgomery, AL 36106, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location at the same square footage of the office space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if considerations of economic and other factors are supported including relocation and uplifting costs. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
