Description

DESCRIPTION: The VA WESTERN NEW YORK (Buffalo, NY) is seeking a qualified and responsible contractor who has the technical expertise and necessary resources to provide Window Balance Replacements (labor and parts) and Screen Repairs (labor only) at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center for a one year, 4 option year contract. The NAICS code is 238350 (13 million). Solicitation will be available in electronic format and may be obtained at the following URL: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Bids are due January 05, 2007 at 4:00PM Eastern time. Interested parties may attend a walk through at the VA Western New York Healthcare System (Buffalo, NY), 3495 Bailey Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215 on December 12, 2006 at 10:00 AM EST. All interested contractors are to meet in the basement, near the receiving/loading dock on 12/12/06 at 9:45 AM. (This will be the only walk-through to view the window balances and screens that are currently in use.) No telephone requests will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. Award is subject to available of funds.
