Description

Sources sought to provide Sterilizer Preventative Maintenance, Schedule and Emergency repair services for the VAMC Spokane WA. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 811219 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services, include but not limited to all labor, certified Service Technicians, travel, parts and components, test equipment, maintenance materials, and tools necessary to perform the required service in accordance with the manufacturer's service manuals for the equipment listed herein. This requirement is subject to inspection and verification by a government representative. Prices are all inclusive to include but not limited to all labor, certified Service Technicians, travel, parts and components, test equipment, maintenance materials, and tools necessary to perform the required service in accordance with the manufacturer's service manuals.
