- LAIRCM NEXT GENERATION (NEXGEN) MISSILE WARNING SUBSYSTEM (MWS) PRODUCTION PROGRAM The Government hereby issues the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Next Generation (NexGen) Missile Warning Subsystem (MWS) Production effort. Attached is the final RFP document containing the Statement of Objectives (Attachment 1), DD Form 254 (Attachment 8), and the CDRL Package Index (Exhibit A) as well as separate documents for Section L and M. Any questions or comments in response to this Final RFP shall be provided in writing or e-mail to the Contracting Officer within 10 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 15.201(f), after release of the solicitation, the contracting officer is the focal point of any exchange with potential offeror(s).
