Required delivery is 11 kits 229 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to McDonn ell Douglas Helicopter Cage 8V613. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this a cquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
