Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a contract to Delex Systems, Incorporated. This contract will procure upgraded computer programs, documentation and training for the Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control System (HSCLCS) Harpoon Embedded Trainer (HET) in support of various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries with unique ship configurations and the Submarine Embedded Trainer (SET) for use on foreign submarines. The USN also acquires support of their HSCLCS HET trainers in their current legacy configurations. Additionally, Delex will develop and deliver Harpoon Interactive Tactical Training System (HITTS), Harpoon Employment Training Aide (HETA), and SLAM-ER Proficiency System (SPS) training aides. Delex will also be required to develop related documentation and training material and present training classes for these same various FMS countries. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.) Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
