- This solicitation is being modified from a Request for Quote (RFQ) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of an IDIQ contract that will be for a base period of one year with four option years following. The scope of work will include the modernization of all elevators, wheelchair lifts, escalators, moving walkways and dumbwaiters located within the National Gallery of Art facilities. The contract awarded will have the scope of work identified under the released solicitation number RFQ-07-005 as the guaranteed base contract award with individual follow-on task orders being issued as work requirements are identified.
