- Rubber Strip and gaskets (Various) 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, FSC 5330. Solicitation open date is 12/08/2006, close date is 01/25/2007. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The IQC will be for a one-year base period, with 4 one-year options. The procurement is for 27 competitive core NSNs. If need arises to add additional items this will be done on a post award basis via the Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5330013146781. Drawings will be available on CD. The following is additional information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DLA internet Bid board System website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation. The required delivery schedule is 140 days after date of each order. The annual estimated quantity for the first NSN is 638 EA. There are 26 additional NSNs with various quantities. Offers will be evaluated from past performance, using the Automated Best value System (ABVS) with technical equal to price. DSCP reserves the right to award any contracts resulting from solicitation SPM5M506R0062 to multiple contractors. The anticipated award date is May 30, 2007.
