Description: The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis to Herley Industries, Inc., 3061 Industry Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603-4025. This requirement includes Ground Station Unit (GSU) Enhancement Support to units deliv ered by Herley Industries. These units will require modifications to software and Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (WHDL) components to encompass changes for White Sands Missile Range users. Herley Industries, Inc. has propr ietary rights to the enhancements to the GSU and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. This requirement will be awarded a base year with three option years. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.30 2-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement.
