This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price contract for a customer direct requisition for 6 KT. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 72 DARO. Shipping addres is Fort Bliss, TX. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 18, 2006 and close on or about January 18, 2007.
