- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F4ATS06332A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and Defense DCN 20060814. This acquisition is an 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326299. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9320. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3069. This request for quotation consists of the following items, -or equal-: If submitting an -or equal- product , please supply manufacturer name and part number, and specifications if available. All quotes must reflect FOB Destination. Please email Lt Adams for a sample RFQ. Item 0001: Qty 375 EA, Aerobic Rubber Floor Tiles (to be used for aerobics room), 24in x 24in x 9/16in, thick center tile. Hidden interlocking tabs, loose laid, traction top, standard color #344 Teal. Pawling part # PL-200-Color OR EQUAL. If equal, vendor must provide information with quote proving the equality of the items. A sample picture or photo of the item is requested. Delivery date within 3-4 weeks after date of contract (ADC). Additional notes: contractors are asked to submit their tax identification number and estimated delivery timeframe with their proposal.
