Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124Q-MIPR7BRWSJ9032 is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code is 333111 with a size standard of 500 employees. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award if you are selected. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. Award will be made to a single offeror. The requirement is for four (4) each, LBF050-C-A boom flail mowers consisting of 50 inch cutting swath, 20 foot mounting arm for boom flail mower and Volvo female coupling arms in accordance with Statement of Work attachment. The mower must mount on a MW24C front end loa der. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items must be su bmitted. Your proposal and FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted electronically to Evangelina Vara at varae@wsmr.army.mil, no later than 2:00 pm noon (MST) on December 13, 2006. All responsible sources will be considered by the Government. Submissions must be in a format that can be read by Microsoft Office 2003 applications (Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint).
