- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to solicit and award under the authority of FAR 12 and 13 for a commercial procurement of four (4) Marine Cutlass Bearings (inclusive of two (2) Aft Unit Bearings and two (2) Forward Uni t Bearings) in accordance with the drawings provided within the Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is for supply only and does not include installation. A Request for Quote will be issued on or about 11 December 2006 and the closing date for recei pt of quote will be 26 December 2006. The intent is to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to a small business firm. The FedTeds system does not allow for offerors to perform a search for solicitation data. All searches can be performed through the FedBizzOpps system. Contractors must register on the Internet and download the solicitation package and all amendments from the following address: https://www.fedteds.gov on or after the issue date of the solicitation.
