Description: DRMS seeks proposal on a full and open basis for performance of the DRMS mission within Southwest and Central Asia. The purpose of the solicitation is to outsource the day to day operations of the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. The prospective contractor will be expected to provide support to U.S. Military forces at the primary DRMO locations in the above countries, but also support the military at locations outside of the DRMS locations especially within Iraq. The solicitation will be issued with a Statement of Objective and require interested companies to submit a performance work statement that outlines its operational performance concept.
