- Description
- The following questions and answers are provided: 1. Question: Will a port loopback or serial cable loopback be acceptable in lieu of a BNC cable loopback? Answer: The vendor may supply a cable for the loop back to tie two of the devices ports together. We just need to be able to set up one of the mux-ports as an output. 2. Question: Is propagation delay calculated as one-way delay across the test scenario? Propagation delay = Round trip delay measured at the Apogee test set divided by 2 Answer: Correct. 3. Question: Does the requirement "propagation delay must not be greater than 7 msec +/- 1 msec" apply to all the bit rates for each test scenario? Answer: Yes 4. Question: Will it be acceptable to conduct test scenarios 1 and 3 using PVC and provisioning software in lieu of ILMI and SVC circuits? Answer: No 5. Question: Will it be acceptable to conduct test scenario 3 using OC-3 and/or GigE in lieu of OC-12? Answer: Yes
