Description

The US Army Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM) Acquisition Center-RTP Division, proposes to award a five-year cost reimbursement/ indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract to obtain administrative and technical support to o rganize and conduct conferences, workshops, and symposia in support of multiple programs for the Army. This procurement will be an 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110, Administrativ e Management Services. The contractor must possess experience in facilitating and orgainizing large conferences, and workshops. The contractor must be able to provide the requested services from its own staff. The contractor will be held responsible for the management of the entire contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 January 2007. Hard copies will not be available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
