- Description
- This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The U.S. Dept. of State is conducting market research to determine the availability of small businesses (to include 8(a), HUBZONE, veteran owned, women owned, etc.) capable of providing installation of technical security systems worldwide. The firms must have a Top Secret Facility Clearance or Interim Top Secret Facility Clearance and have or be capable of providing teams of technicians who can travel up to 52 weeks per year to overseas locations worldwide. The firms must have or be able to provide a facility within a 30 mile radius of Washington, DC to house administrative and management support personnel for overseas installation services. The firms must be able to provide installation of systems including but not limited to the following: 1) alarm systems; 2) door control systems; 3) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems; 4) public address systems; 5) x-ray, 6) metal detection; 7) explosive detection and 8) intercom systems. Systems will be pre-approved for use by the Department of State and installation will be inaccordance with Department of State specifications.
