Description

Reference is made to previously released synopsis for Solicitation No. W9128A-07-R-0003 FY07 MDAM PN 571 Launch Control Facility Life Safety Upgrades, Meck Island, United States Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA) last revision on December 14, 2006. This m odification of the aforementioned synopsis is being issued to revise the pre-proposal site investigation and conference dates to be conducted on FEBRUARY 2 AND 3, 2007. Planholders are cautioned to schedule flights to allow for arrival at Kwajalein not la ter than FEBRUARY 1, 2007 (Departing from Honolulu January 31, 2007). Departure from Kwajalein is recommended on FEBRUARY 5, 2007. A tour of the project site on Meck Island will begin on FEBRUARY 3, 2007 at 8:00 A.M. Government transportation will be avai lable while in the Kwajalein Atoll. Contractors may only visit the site on the day of the scheduled site visit. Traditional hard copies of plans and specifications will be available for viewing and/or downloading via the Honolulu District Contracting Web site on or about 5 JANUARY 2007 at http://www.poh.usace.army.mil/CT/CT.htm. Contractors must be registered in FedTeDS https://www.fedteds.gov/ to view/download plans and specifications.
