Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-07-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06, dated 08 June 05. NAICS is 325320; business size is 500 employees; acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Description of Items Requested: Herbicide in various brand names and various quantities. Item 0001 , Arsenal Herbicide, Thirteen (13) quantity, 30 gallon drums, drums must come with bungs and spigots, (26-15 Gallon Drums may be substituted), Item 0002, Oust Granular Herbicide, Sixty Two (62) 1 lb. containers, Item 0003, Spike 20 G Herbicide, twenty (20) 25 lb. containers, Item 0004, Garlon 3E Herbicide, Fifty (50), 2.5 gallon containers, shipped 2-2.5 gallon containers per box, Item 0005, 2, 4, D Low Volatile Ester Herbicide, 150-1 Gallon Containers, Item 0006 Tordon K Herbicide, 20-1 Gallon Containers, Item 0007, Glyphoste Herbicide, (Roundup or equal) can not be Clearout, 200- 1-gallon containers. Offers are due not later than 17 January 2007; 10:00 A. M. CST. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer that will be considered by this a gency. Award will be based on lowest overall quoted price; therefore, the successful offeror will be the offeror who submits the lowest overall price for all line items.
