- This notice constitutes the formal announcement of the performance decision of the A-76 Streamlined Competition for Facility Operations functions at the FLETC in accordance with Attachment B, paragraph B.2 (page B-3) of the revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. DHS/FLETC competed approximately 38 positions. The performance decision date was December 19, 2006. The Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO) was selected in the performance decision.
