Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RP-0039 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination 2,500 grey granite columbarium niche covers for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, Ohio 44270, in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract; Grey Granite columbarium niche covers ordered under delivery orders against this contract shall be completed and/or delivered to the cemetery within thirty-five (35) calendar days from the date order is issued. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of precedence: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses; The NAICS Code is 327991; Size standard is 500 employees; Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about January 12, 2007; Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., January 26, 2007; Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at Fed Biz Opps; Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments; See Numbered Note 1.
