- LAIRCM NEXT GENERATION (NEXGEN) MISSILE WARNING SUBSYSTEM (MWS) PRODUCTION PROGRAM UPDATE This program update is to notify offeror(s) of the following: 1) The answers to offeror(s) final RFP follow-up questions are now available for viewing. 2) As of 3 January 07 the ASC Ombudsman, referenced in AFFARS 5352.201-9101 paragraph (c), is Ms Debra Haley, ASC/AE, Phone (937) 255-5315, FAX (937) 656-7540. In accordance with FAR 15.201(f), after release of the solicitation, the contracting officer is the focal point of any exchange with potential offeror(s).
