Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate, and award an annual medical maintenance, commercial acquisition for an APC Unit-Dose Packing system located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-07-R-0016 appli es. Contractor services include but are not limited to: 1. Labor, parts, material, and travel necessary to maintain the listed equipment in accordance with MFG specifications. 2. Two (2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits every 12 months. 3. Software upgrades at no additional charge to the government 4. Troubleshooting assistance by modem or on site as requested 24 hours per day. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. This is a set-aside for small-business. This solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued 08 January 2007. Period of Performance is for a Base Period (01 March 2007 through 29 February 2008) and four (4) one-year option periods. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acqu isition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/).
