Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DataCore Technology, Inc for an evaluation of our current AutoManager TeamWork installation to ensure compliance with US Bureau of Reclamation requirements. This will include an analysis and evaluation report with recommendations on how to improve our current installation, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A Justification of Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing they can provide a similar service as above must provide written notification to the contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received with 5 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquires will be accepted by email at ldunn@mp.usbr.gov. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541511 which is $23,000,000.00. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov.
