Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to modify an existing contract, H92222-06-D-0001 (Thales Communications Inc. (TCI), Clarksburg, MD) to increase the contract ceiling amount. The contract is for the sustainment of AN/PRC-148 Multi-Band Inter/Intra Team Radios (MBITRs). The contract provides for MBITR sustainment support, extended warranties, spare and repair parts and accessories, training, and contractor depot logistics support. The authority cited for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
