Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to furnish one each Advanced Boresight Equipment (ABE) used in the alignment of the weapon and naviagational systems of the AH-64Ds aircraft with delivery to C orpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with AAI Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as citied in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Req uirements. Request for Proposal (RFP) number W912NW-07-T-2187 will be issued on or about 9 Jan 2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for co mpetitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
