- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase on a Sole Source/Firm Fixed Price basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 2 each Aonix P/N JV-3302-PERC-PR Perc Ultra Linux X Linux/X86 Development Licenses (Perpetual); 2 each Aonix Maintenance and Support, P/N JV-3302-PERC-MA (12 months); and 1 each Aonix P/N JV-3302-PERC-TE Perc Ultra Linux X Linux/X86 Target Execution License. Items shall be procured from Aonix North America, 5930 Cornerstone Court W, San Diego, CA 921 21-3772. F.O.B. shall be Destination. The reason for the sole source is based on Aonix?s unique software capabilities and how that software is used in the Combat Systems Engineering Development Sites (CSEDS) for the Navy. The software being purchased (along with the maintenance) must be identical to that already deployed in the CSEDS to maintain compatibility and functional capabilities. Items shall be shipped to the Receiving Officer, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
