Description

AMENDMENT 001 - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions regarding FDA-SOL-07-00149, titled Notice of Intent. 1. I would like to know how many employees will be needed to fulfill the mission of this contract. ANSWER: The contractor has the responsibility in deciding how many employees it will take to perform the tasks outlined in the statement of work. 2. Is any additional information needed from me? ANSWER: All responsible sources may submit an offer (including only hourly rates) which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. The closing date is NOT affected by this amendment; it remains as 2:00pm EST on January 16, 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
