Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RP-0041for the following supply item: The contractor shall be required to complete and deliver upright granite headstone inscriptions (V1), reverse upright granite headstone inscriptions (R2) and small flat granite marker inscriptions (L1) to Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring Street, Union Grove, WI 53182 from date of award thru September 30, 2007 with three twelve-month option periods thereafter. An estimated combined total of 2,501 inscriptions will be acquired during the life of contract. Inscription work shall be performed at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.  All inscription work shall be completed within twenty (20) calendar days from date order is issued. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.  The NAICS Code is 327991.  Size standard is 500 employees.  Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about January 22, 2007.  Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., February 22, 2007.  Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at Fed Biz Opps.  Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments.  See Numbered Note 1.
