Description

This announcement constitutes the intent to procure service for Land Mobile Radio Equipment located at Chievres, SHAPE and USAG Brussels  Belgium. The applicable NAICS is 811213. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Motor ola CGISS/USF-GMD-E, Heinrich-Hertz strasse 2, 65232 Germany. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The period of performance will be 01 February 2007 thru 31 January 2008 with four option periods. In accordance with Federa l Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 there is only one responsible source and no other suppplies or service will satify the government agency requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. The Benelux Regional Contracting Office, may consider responses. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. No phone calls will be accepted. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contrac t award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
