NSN: 3120-01-116-4458, PN: 145D0121-18, Quantity: 150 each requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 150 each, 400 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 150 each, 285 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 273 DACA. This item is restricted to Aerometals Incorporated, Cage Code 32664, Skyspares Parts Incorporated, Cage Code 6M132 and Wesco Industries Incorp orated, Cage Code 1JN57 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offer ors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete fo r future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Source Approval Request (SASAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annot ated is an established date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed th rough their respective embassies.
