VA-69D-07-RP-0051 ISSUED: 1/11/07 OPENS: 1/11/07 Classification Code: V Subject: BLS/ALS Ambulance Service Provide all labor and vehicles to transport ambulatory patients for the VA medical center, Iron Mountain, MI for the period of March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2008 with options to renew for two (2) 12-month periods. The contract is for BLS and ALS ambulance transportation and will include trips between the VA Iron Mountain and the community based outpatient clinics in Rhinelander, WI, Hancock, MI, Ironwood, MI, Menominee, MI and Marquette, MI. Offers will be evaluated technically on facilities, vehicles, and driver/driver qualifications.
