Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for Qty-8 General Dynamics Radio's Pn 01-P35849M001 or equal and 8 General Dynamics Pn 01-P372000N or equal enbedded in the base station to be delivered on 9 Feb 2007 to FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442. New equipment must be compatable with URC-200 Radio currently in use and be able to communicate with ground as well as airborn units. There are two contract lines. They are: (0001) PN 01-P35849M001 is a General Dynamics Item PRM-500 or equal. This set is a 50 Watt Base Station Package or equal. Must be compatable with General Dynamics URC-200 Radio's currently in use. (0002) PN 01-P37200N is General Dynamics Item EBN-30 which is a 30-90 MHz Band enhancement to be embedde d in the PRM-500 base station or equal. Must be compatable with the General Dynamics URC-200 Radio's that are currently in use. Your price shall be FOB destination. Contract will be FFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14 effective on November 22, 2006. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by My Invoice or other Electronic means. You must be registered in the CCR(Central Contractor Registration) (http://www.ccr.gov/) and registration in ORCA(Online Representations and Certifications Applica tion https://orca.bpn.gov/) is recommended. Award shall be made to the best value; technical, warranty, past performance and price quote.
