Description

The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for a contractor to evaluate and conduct a study to assess the effectiveness of a pilot program that facilitates the reintegration of members of the 1st Brigade Combat Team (1/34th BCT) into civili an life, after serving for one year in the combat zone. Evaluation/Study will initially start at Fort McCoy, WI and follow on with several locations throughout the State of Minnesota. It is helpful that the contractor has significant experience providing behavioral research on military issues, and possesses experience in dealing with surrounding combat operational stress and reintegration of service members returning from extended deployments. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal, W 912LM-07-R-0002. This procurement is unrestricted for business size. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990. The solicitation will be available o/a February 7, 2007. The estimated proposal due date is o/a Fe bruary 28, 2007. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Evaluation criteria are Past Performance and Price with Past Performance being considered approximately equal to price.
