Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Test Article Preparation Instrumentation Group has a requirement for the following item: qty 8 ea :Modification of DR-2000 Digital Telemetry receiver to include upper L-band (1700-1850MHz). The Government intends to negotiate with L-3 Communications Corp. on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
