Description
The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform renovation work on the Administrative Wing. The Screening Information Request (SIR) is 100% set-aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (NAICS 236210). Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) competing on this acquisition shall be in good standing with the Small Business Administration. Certification documents are required for award consideration. Description of Work: This project renovates and upgrades systems in the basement and first floor of the Administration Wing at the Salt Lake City ARTCC. Work includes, but is not limited to removal and replacement of exterior interior finishes, mechanical systems (air handler units and wet-pipe fire alarm system), electrical systems (fire detection, lighting, power, LAN, telephone), miscellaneous demolition and construction of new office spaces and walls. Asbestos removal is associated with the above. The contract duration is 180 calendar days.
