- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2540-01-193-2117, Pintle Assembly, Tow, being bought in accordance with Navy drawing (53711) 5419026 and all related data. Total quantity required is 209 EA to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination with an option for up to 209 EA additional units, which may or may not be used. Solicitation also requests pricing for increments up to 400 EA. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 2/2/07. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD or at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is for 209 each to be delivered in 180 days and up to 100 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
