Description: Services consist of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, license, permits, and supervision necessary to operate and manage the solid Waste Transfer Station, Material Handling Area, the transportation of sludge and grit, commodit y recycling and organic waste recycling. The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $11.5 Million for a small business. This will be an unrestricted solicitation with evaluation factors preference for SDB and Hub Zone price evaluation preference. A s ubcontracting plan to include small business participation will also be required if the awardee is not a small business. All responses shall include information as follows: Size, 8(a) status, Hub zone, Woman-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, etc. Responses shall further include the number of employees currently employed with the company, total revenue for the past three years; relevant past performance for the last three ye ars and competent ability to accomplish the work described. All responses must be presented in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine the functional expertise and experience necessary to compete for the contract. All offerors must be regist ered in CCR www.ccr.gov and complete ORCA certification www.bpn.gov/orca. . The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 FEBRUARY 2007 and will remain open for 30 calendar days with a tentative closing date of 23 MARCH 2007.
