Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD On behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (ODASA-CE) and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Oracle USA, Inc. to provide Oracle Software license, technical support, seat licensing and associated training. The purpose is to provide annual license renewal for continual development and implementation of multiple programs used by Army staff. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will provide Technical Support Services support for the following items: Product Description Oracle Applications Processor Internet Applications Server Enterprise Edition Internet Application Server Enterprise Edition Oracle Database Enterprise Edition  Processor Express Server  Processor Internet Application Server Enterprise edition  Processor BPEL Process Manager Option  Processor Tutor for Applications  Application User OLAP  Processor Oracle Database Enterprise Edition  Processor Application Adapters  SAP  Processor Balanced Scorecard  Application User Collaboration Suite  Collaboration Program User Oracle USA owns the source code to all Oracle programs and is therefore the only authorized supplier of technical support services for the Oracle programs previously obtained. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
