- The United States Government seeks to lease Office space consisting of approximately 8,487 rentable square feet in Gallatin, Tennessee. The space should yield 7,380 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of 42 parking spaces should be available on-site and adjacent to the space offered. Satisfactory public transportation with adequate parking must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the following area in the city limits of Gallatin, Tennessee. North: N. Belvedere Drive to Sumner Hall Drive to Nashville Pike (Hwy 31) to Joann Street. East: N. Westland Avenue to E. Eastland. Proceed on E. Eastland to E. Main St. South: Proceed South on S. Westland to Morrison St; then to S. Water to Highway 109. West: Proceed northwest on Highway 109 to Nashville Pike (Highway 31) to N. Belvedere Drive The location should not be located within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 12-01-08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership.
